The Atlanta Vipers Fastpitch Organization operates as a democratically governed program, where transparency and collaboration are at the core of our leadership.

Each year, our board members are elected by a vote, with every team manager holding an equal voice in the process. This structure ensures that all key decisions reflect the collective input of our organization and always prioritize what’s best for our players, both on and off the field.
